Our semi-finished ceramic products enable you to bring your own projects to life. Material quality, microstructure, purity, and homogeneity are crucial for reliable machining. Only consistent material properties allow for predictable grinding and lapping processes.
In addition to semi-finished products in standard dimensions, we also supply blanks according to customer specifications. These include, for example, components with a clamping stub, a defined machining allowance, or a contour that is already close to the final shape. This reduces the effort required for final machining and avoids unnecessary material removal.

If no standard size is suitable for your machining needs, we will manufacture the blank with the appropriate machining allowance, clamping stub, or near-net-shape preform. This allows the component to be securely clamped and finished with less time and material.
